This past fall 2022 semester I completed a Marketing Research Report with a partner for Lift Coffee in Whittier, California. We began this report by doing secondary research, utilizing many different resources to educate ourselves on the coffee shop industry. Then we interviewed 30+ direct and indirect customers and also conducted a focus group. From the information we gathered, we created a survey to give to Lift customers in order to understand their opinions on different aspects of Lift. We were able to survey 140+ customers and utilized a software called SurveyPro4 to analyze the responses. In the end, we presented our findings to Lift and provided them with creative marketing strategies and recommendations based on our findings from the survey.
