I lead a team of IT Enterprise Architects supporting a global customer with operations and partnerships in over 44 countries worldwide and a landscape of over 700 business applications. I oversee the governance of architecture solutions, ensuring they meet the organization's standards and objectives.My team of global, regional and cross line of business experts provide support to the organization on for solutions on design, cloud adoption, solutions integration, decommissioning planning and best practices.

I partner with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for enterprise and application change initiatives. I align closely with counterparts in different areas of the organization to assess the scope, budget, capacity and timeline for demands as a member of an IT service delivery organization.

In this role, I partnered with our business team as a technical adviser and leader for efforts supporting the Mobile Value Stream comprising a suite of mobile applications and tools. I worked closely with geographically diverse product and development teams to give end users secure access to their data with value-added real-time service integrations. I was a people manager, coach and technical mentor to a team of cross-functional engineers including staff and consultants.I provided architectural guidance on matters related to organizational governance practices, solution design and best practices for building solutions both large and small. I partnered with senior leadership and team members across the organization as the principal consultant and subject matter expert (SME) for e-commerce web and mobile development on regional and global initiatives. I worked in collaboration with CIOs and Architects to build roadmaps inclusive of corporate wide goals and objectives.This role was very formative in my experience at the organization. I was proud to work with the teams for a successful migration of an entire suite of extremely critical applications into AWS. I was privileged to get the training and hands-on experience to add to my technical toolbox. I appreciate the experiences of getting to know and working with teammates from other areas of the world. Meeting people and making connections has really been the highlight. This position afforded me access to interesting technology and a volume of new skills, technical and otherwise, in a short period of time.

I managed a cross-functional team of talented engineers both staff and consultants to provide end-to-end service for customer-facing web applications and data services for e-commerce systems. I partnered with teams across organizations to drive change and work towards continuous improvement, stability and quality of service. I was a hands-on technical leader working alongside the team to meet challenges. In this position, I further cultivated my skills in DevOps while learning new technologies like Docker, ansible and other automated build and delivery tools. I enjoyed teaching other team members these skills to improve their knowledge and the quality of the development process. I began my journey into cloud technologies giving insight and guidance alongside key stakeholders and highly skilled engineers for the design and build of the e-commerce environment.I partnered and advised business and technology leaders on solutions or problem resolution to meet business needs.
