 Develop and manage marketing communication strategies across Sprint and advertising agencies. Lead development of product promotion plans for all channels, including loyalty program and sweepstakes. Manage brand strategy, planning, education and name creation, including launch of new brand look. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy is activated across channels/customer touchpoints, including retail, web, email, direct mail and social. Lead organic social for Base customers and integration with Social Care team.

I lead the communications and marketing for risk practice groups, such as Property, Casualty and Analytics. I plan and develop communications initiatives to support the continued growth of Lockton’s risk management business.+ Research and package updates for Lockton.com, social media, and other venues.+ Lead and write for the Lockton Market Update blog, working with thought leaders.+ Collaborate with business leaders and experts to create and write marketing communications materials, web sites, blogs, white papers, news releases, sales proposals, social media, and videos.+ Support risk experts in message development, writing, and packaging of communications materials on complex topics for C-suite executives.

As the point of contact for all H&R Block divisions outside of the U.S., I led the global brand standards initiatives. Whether launching new retail offices in India or updating the office merchandising in Australia, I helped guide the local teams in India, Australia, Canada and Brazil on brand compliance. I also closely worked with franchisees near military bases in Europe and Asia.With Expat Tax Services, I helped launch a new division for H&R Block aimed at U.S. taxpayers living overseas. The goal was to raise awareness and trials for a virtual tax preparation service that's very different from the well-known U.S. retail business. As part of this team, I led all marketing initiatives, including website launch, CRM email program and online partnerships. This year, client growth was 3X projected growth.

I led the local field marketing creative initiatives for more than 10,000 retail offices across the U.S. I managed the online marketing portal Field Advertising and Marketing Storefront - FAMS. From copywriting, to product marketing management, I made sure all materials for all H&R Block initiatives were available. I worked closely with the in-house design team to develop materials that adhered to the brand strategy. I also managed a separate online tool used by field marketing to make special requests. Each project required cross-functional management from design to product to legal approval.

I managed the strategic development and execution of all marketing and advertising materials for H&R Block Canada, as well as the Latino client segment in the U.S. I led the creative for TV, Radio, POS, Direct Mail, Email and Websites in English Spanish and French. I was the lead contact for the Canadian and Latino advertising agencies.
