- Lead PLC (personal learning community) for the math and science team during monthly meeting to discuss student data and analyze trends- Acquired a grant to fund and design an after-school math tutoring, increased student's math standard score by an average of 42 points- Achieved an average of 80% student proficiency for end of the year state testing for all 3 academic school years- Created and monitored PMP (progress monitoring plans) for the bottom quartile of students in order to analyze and track data to target necessary 5th grade standards and skills, raised those students scores by an average of 11%

-Pioneered a 21st Century School, centered on a neighborhood teaching concept. Three classrooms of 85 students total were shared amongst 3.5 teachers-Utilized Google Classroom to deliver synchronous and asynchronous instruction and created and maintained a grade level website for parents to access curriculum information and resources as well as upcoming events-Refined ways teachers analyze and integrated data in order to scaffold curriculum appropriately through flexible grouping alongside District Curriculum Development team

-Taught multi-age classrooms 5th & 6th grade for 2014/2015 school year and 7th & 8th grade for the 2015/2016 school year and part of the 2016/2017 school year until PCS -Delivered instruction to capable students with language-based need (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia), as well as other ADHD, ASD, and other cognitive/behavioral challenges. -Developed curriculum and implemented original curriculum for all content areas based on students’ functioning grade level, including Algebra 1
