Senior Customer Success Manager
Current- Manage a book of 156 growing mid-market businesses across varying industries and segments, representing $4.8 million+ in annual recurring revenue - Consult clients on their inbound marketing, sales, and growth strategies through recurring touch points, improving software adoption, goal achievement, and recurring revenue- Consistently manage an accurate weekly forecast for assigned book of business- Independently manage a high volume of account related tasks including: contract management, support case escalation, and email and phone communication- Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on client portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk- Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources- Partner with internal teams to maintain and grow customer investment across HubSpot's platform
