As a Case Manager, I tend answer phone calls in which clients are in a need of food, rent, and other services we offer at We Care.I also handle appointments in person and intake new clients by using our confidential database that other Non-profit agencies utilize. Each semester, We Care invites two university-level students to be a Case Manager assistant and shadows how I run the office, along with my Executive Director.
