More and more in Healthcare I see the same " road blocks" for health improvement whether personal, of groups, at a system level. I love finding the source of the block personal or system and working with others to resolve the issue. I also love facilitating people to be the best they can be. Whether that be in health, music, sport... Whatever is important for them. I strive to promote initiatives of most value to the community. My postgraduate studies have helped me solidify my thoughts on the promise of change. Good leaders facilitate great ideas that frequently come from the coal face and experience, whilst framing the ideas to workable systems. I am enjoying trying to use these principles to help our communities. All my current roles support these aims and provide for a rich and enjoyable working life which is also fed by a great family and beautiful environment to live in.
