• Conduct monthly meetings with our government customers located in the DC metropolitan area, to ensure that we are providing the highest level of customer service and to discuss any updates on our products and services.• Interact directly with TSA headquarters representatives at different levels to ensure that our products maintain the highest level of quality required by TSA.• Manage the Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) training program and instructors.• Develop initial ETD Training materials that include all levels of instruction (operator, supervisory and train the trainer training), in addition to daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance.• Revise and maintain all ETD training materials to ensure that all training materials include the most current threats and policy changes.• Develop and maintain training calibration/verification guides and log books for tracking the daily, weekly, monthly & annual preventative maintenance.• Deliver ETD classroom training and On the Job training for different applications (Cargo, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Military, US Marshalls, etc.).

Develop policy for all of TSA's screening procedures, conduct pilot studies for new screening technologies, interpret policy for TSA's screener workforce, respond to congressional inquiry, oversee and approve all of TSA's training curricula, conduct covert testing of TSA's screening procedures and deliver training on existing technology, new technology and policy.
