Growing up, I never knew what I wanted to be. I explored, learned, and tried new things, and ended up with a Sociology degree. Not knowing what this new experience would bring, I took on a Human Resources Internship to test the waters of a future career. Instantly, I knew this was where I needed to be. I understand the struggle of putting yourself out there, getting both feet wet, and advancing full force. But once you jump, doors keep opening and the networking begins.I love the fact that a career in HR lets me grow and learn everyday. I get to connect with so many people and help get their careers where they are supposed to be. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my hubby and kids, go on adventures, and try new things. Everyday is a new day to be a better you, learn from the mistakes of your past, and never give up.
