While working at Larosa's I have learned to better utilize my problem-solving skills to handle problems that arise quickly and efficiently while making sure to keep customers happy. I have gained the skill of maintaining a thorough understanding of the menu and how to take orders without error. I have learned how to train new employees on how to best handle difficult situations and how to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
