These qualifications, awarded in association with Alliance Manchester Business School, part of the University of ManchesterResponsibilities:Event Management: • Responsible for organising the day to day administration of the programme ensuring all aspects are considered: processing programme enrolments; ensuring workshops are not under or oversubscribed and that workshop materials which accompany the programme are up to date and arrive in a timely manner; ensuring exam venues, tutors and invigilators are in place and deal with any general enquiries and process any invoices as required.• Responsible for collation of workshop feedback and producing feedback reports for circulation to Training and Education Team. Manage end of course assessment feedback process, proactively engaging with students to attain feedback; collating management information; arranging review meetings and setting targets for improvement.Student Management : • Responsible in assisting potential students to make the right choice of programme and meet enrolment targets, maintaining a high level of customer support at all times.• Processing and following up all prospective enquires and encouraging potential students to study with ICA, providing student support to students throughout their studies via telephone, email live chat and Learning platform forums ensuring they achieve the best possible learning experience.• Training new members of staff to ensure they are compliant with all internal processes
