Elizabeth was Program Director for the Rebuilding Trust Program - Working closely and at pace with the Executive team and acting CEO to respond to the Royal Commission and establish a program of change across risk management, board governance and new legislation.Oversight of PMO and a numerous projects and streams:- Royal Commission response- prioritised and established projects which uplifted Risk Management, Controls and Governance- set up projects to responded to new legislation- considered a new risk culture.

Ensured over 50% of the change occurring in the bank landed safely - Elizabeth headed up a team of Portfolio Change Leads; overseeing 80 change managers driving change across customer journeys, product, digital innovation and regulation change. Much of the portfolio was agile, digital and fast paced. Elizabeth directed the 'take to business' and 'take to market strategies' and focuses on ensuring high adoption. She managed the team through a structural change.

During her time at Zurich, Elizabeth worked in many areas of the business; illustrating her diverse ability to strategically challenge a business unit, change cultures and improve teams operationally - she was a leader in the Life business, Corporate Shared Services and lastly moved into the General Insurance business where her last role was COO.As COO she was responsible for expense management across the business, successful delivery of all projects and transforming the businesses operating model, inputting to strategy and the smooth running of governance matters and data management. Elizabeth held a number of positions while at AMP. She was internationally head hunted to be Customer Communications Manager - managing the large call centres for customer service; based in Sydney and Melbourne. She was brought in to drive change, improve service and make savings. She oversaw the introduction of new technologies, process improvement and designed the change program.Elizabeth then moved on to drive a number of key projects - setting up new channels to market, generating revenue and transforming other operational teams. Her final role was as Policy Development Executive working in the CEO's office. She also headed up Corporate Responsibility and was project manager for the General Counsel's workstream on the Demerger Project.

Elizabeth started on the telephones in the Merchant call centre (formally known as Programmes). She held a number of roles during her time with the business. Including heading up the multi-lingual call centre (taking calls from all over Europe) and acting as an international consultant travelling across Europe and to South Africa and Australia to help companies set up, centralise or transform their operations....including customer service, sales, marketing functions. She was instrumental in the launch of two banks. She consulted to many industries during this time. Key clients were: IBM, Compaq, AMP, First Direct, Scottish Power
