This employee led, small business affords me the opportunity to “wear a lot of hats”. Ultimately, my initiatives have helped increase recurring revenue by double digits year over year. Some of my other achievements have included becoming a Microsoft 365 Certified CIE Trainer and planning a Lunch & Learn on Microsoft 365 attended by 75 people (70/30 mix of prospects and clients). I am also proud to have recruited our most successful engineers. My area of responsibility includes the following:*Bussiness Development & Account Management – Prepare proposals, negotiate partnership agreements and lead account on-boarding. Increased recurring sales by 55% in 2017. Serve as an advocate for clients within Alexssa’s operation. Define and report metrics to insure SLA and profitability targets are met. Provide collections support for past due accounts as needed.*Value – Define Alexssa’s value proposition to thru regular communication including nurturing campaigns, eBooks, social media and regular client business reviews.*EOS Leadership – Share in the leadership responsibilities as outline in the book “Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business”, by Gino Wickman.*Human Resources – Recruit new team members, facilitate employee reviews and develop standard operating procedures to measure employee performance.

This family owned and operated small business was primarily focused on selling discount toys to the Toys for Tots organization. They also sold into the discount market. During my time at HID I was able to implement an eCommerce website to modernize the ordering process for customers. I also developed reporting tools to aide management in making purchasing decisions. My area of responsibility included the following:*Digital Channel Management – Expand HDI’s digital footprint to include eCommerce sites like EBay and Amazon. Photograph inventory, write descriptions and calculate competitive pricing to post product to these sites.*Catalog Design – Recycle content from digital postings to design a print catalog that could be distributed at trade shows and customer meetings.*IT Support – Scheduled and monitored backups and served as the on-site help desk tech.*Process Improvement –rolled out a bar code inventory management system to improve accuracy for receiving inventory and picking orders.
