We are also finding and following up on leads for new IT Services Customers across the 3 States of Idaho, Montana and Eastern Washington.

My primary responsibility is to oversee the streamlined operation of the IT department and to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization. I manage application portfolios for each department and maintain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. I coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. -I work closely with shareholders and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. -I manage relationships with all vendors relating to Technology. -I am responsible to keep a forward look into the future needs of each department while researching and testing possible future tools and solutions. -I recruit and hire competent skilled staff to support various aspects of IT related tasks in the firm. I specialize in leveraging our multimedia technology to improve Trial and other types of presentations. -I build animations and other illustrative exhibits to help support our efforts to nudge the Jury to agree with our view of the issues.
