Hello, My name is Ella Pierce and I am currently a sophomore communications major at the University of Southern Mississippi. I’m also a member of the Chi Omega sorority. I am a very effective communicator, and do a good job at leading projects and keeping everyone motivated towards a common goal. Through my years of working in the service industry, I have learned to be great around customers, making sure they get exactly what they come for after interacting with me. My effective communication skills partnered with my determination and work ethic will surely make me a great employee.After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, I plan to head into the world of public relations and communications by working for a brand that I can help build into something special.
