I completed a B.A. in Psychology and Gender Studies in 2020 and a Masters in Applied Psychology in 2022.During my undergraduate studies in psychology, I gained a passion for social psychology and its insights into consumer & organisational behaviour. The Master of Applied Psychology (MAP) has given me an outlet to further explore these concepts. The MAP places a heavy emphasis on qualitative and quantitative (in R & SPSS) research methods, enabling me to have a strong skillset in conducting research at all steps - from proposal writing & research design to data analysis & visualisation. I believe my major in gender studies has enhanced my understanding of how to translate behavioural insights into practical strategies that target the underlying drivers of gender inequality, such as unconscious bias, gender stereotypes, and gender role norms.I have key interests in human centred design and promoting workplace diversity.I look forward to connecting with you and learning about your experiences!
