I work with a large array of individuals with disabilities in there employment search. I match companies and customers with employment. Developing job contacts in the community, interview preparation, resume development and building, job coaching, retention of employment, etcMy job description is always changing. One day I may be at a local Dairy Farm working with an individual milking a cow, to the next day supporting an individual who works at a hospital, and then be at a machine shop developing a job.. The days are never the same, and always developing new, creative ideas for my customers.

I worked with Adults with Disabilities in employment. career planning, job placement, job coaching, and job retention services.

I managed several sites within Snohomish county that were 24 hour residential programs for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
