Manage the business relationship with 30-40 strategic accounts, surpassing an annual revenue of $2.3M for WP Engine and ensuring the renewal of the top tier enterprise accounts.

I work with internal and external marketing channels to create, manage and implement marketing projects that align with Rackspace's private cloud strategy. I manage Rackspace Private Cloud's customer references, plan and execute industry events and create and manage internal branding campaigns to promote Rackspace Private Cloud's message.

Austin, Texas Area

Managed 40-50 large enterprise accounts worldwide, translating cultural differences in order to properly communicate and manage key projects. Worked within Rackspace to win and retain business, surpassing yearly revenues between $5-$6M.

In this role, I supported over 250 customers in the Managed segment, managing over $200,000 of Rackspace’s monthly revenue. I coordinated and managed business and technical relationships with customers, determining customer needs and coordinating between various teams to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded. I also served as key contributor on pilot.

Managed contact with over 700 clients while creating proposals and responding to RFPs.
