Field Services Engineer
Current- Providing Business as Usual support to our internal users.
- Responsible for user management in Windows AD and Microsoft 365
- Ensure that each support request is handled per SLA and to the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications that includes ( Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Business Central, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Defender and Power Apps).
- Manage Mimecast portal to manage email security that includes (Review rejected/deferred messages, review held/quarantined messages, view message tracking/delivery, approve/block senders, and review bounced messages.
