CurrentCreate, implement, and execute policies and procedures relating to real estate and facilities. Provide strategic oversight of all properties owned and maintained by Communities Foundation of Texas. • Provides recommendations and building management related information to the ExecutiveLeadership Team (ELT) on property and facilities management programs and issues needingattention, evaluation, resolution, and decision• Leads and develops the facility management, event teams and supporting staff, includingvendors and outsourced personnel to manage all areas of our facilities effectively and efficiently• Develops, implements, supervises, and monitors preventative maintenance programs for allbuilding and grounds systems, including HVAC, electrical, security, irrigation, and plumbing• Sources, negotiates, supervises, and monitors all maintenance and grounds related contracts,such as janitorial, plants, HVAC, security, electricity, etc.• Wise steward of resources in preparing and managing to operating expenses and capitalexpenditures for both the Foundation and the Caruth Homeplace Budgets.• Provides direction and leadership over strategic and long-range planning and ongoingoperational activities for capital construction of small to multi-million-dollar improvementprojects. Includes planning and assessment, architectural design, project oversite and review,determination, and procurement of furniture, partnering with Chief Information Officer ontechnology requirements, scheduling and close out• Oversees that the 350-400 meetings and events held on-site in the various meeting rooms and300/person Community Room are executed to the highest standards.• Negotiates and manages leases for CFT offices in non-local areas• Supervises operations of Caruth Homeplace, including renovations, public tours, andmanagement of leases and tenant relations for CFT-owned spaces leased to other foundations
