Risk Manager, Project Controls And Business Operations
Current❖ Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities associated with engineering, procurement, and construction projects. ❖ Working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that potential risks are effectively mitigated, and project objectives are achieved within budget and schedule constraints.❖ Tracking down potential opportunities to recoup and capture savings back into the program budget.❖ Attends and advises during scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings.❖ Lead risk planning for assigned engagements and develop appropriate risk treatment plans.❖ Assists in the review of risk governance to ensure a particular risk area is receiving the appropriate amount of attention with minimal guidance. Identifies and escalates any concerns related to risks being monitored.❖ Promote a culture of risk awareness and management within the organization. This involves training project teams on risk management processes, facilitating risk identification and treatment tracking, and encouraging proactive risk management behaviors.❖ Drafts mitigation plans and processes with guidance, (including appropriate risk registers and controls on risks) and helps accountability owners understand the plans to reduce risk. Ensures alignment and agreement with risk reduction plans and processes holding accountability with owners to drive the mitigation plan.❖ Obtains the appropriate datasets internally or externally to ingest into the risk assessment model with guidance. Builds and sustains analytical models.❖ Identify the correct methodology and framework for risk modeling using templates. Leverages the appropriate datasets and up-to-date risk methodologies and makes recommendations to execute risk mitigation.Identify pertinent information from risk assessment modeling output to gather risk insights on resource prioritization, root causes, risk identification, and top risk-related mitigation with minimal guidance.
