Worked as an HCM consultant to manage and/or support the rollout strategies of Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Marketing Platforms, and Diversity and Inclusion systems. Customers have included an international RPO, an international retailer, an international Agriscience company, multinational ride-hailing company, and a US telecommunications and mass media company.

SmashFly Technologies is a cloud-based enterprise HCM software and services company that drives business performance through Recruitment Marketing.Responsible for building SmashFly’s global learning offering inclusive of offering definition and pricing, curriculum build-out, hiring a team of 5 (2 instructional designers, 3 trainers), and managing course delivery during a period of rapid growth. Oversee definition and execution for all learning offerings: including both the Recruitment Marketing Certification program and traditional Software Courses (virtual interactive/onsite ILT sessions) and eLearning.

Responsible for implementation, training, customer success and renewal management of SmashFly’s flagship customers during rapid revenue growth (over 100% YoY for two consecutive years). Responsible for overall customer health and satisfaction with a 100% renewal rate. Build initial implementation methodology and leverage resulting materials including decision matrixes and conceptual presentations for customers. Train incoming implementation and account managers, acting as subject matter expert within the Customer Success Organization.

Oracle purchased Taleo in June of 2012

Responsible for maintaining curriculum library of over 20+ ILT courses that were taught both in-person and virtually as well as a eLearning library 25+ courses. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, firing, and managing a staff of curriculum developers. Responsible for curriculum road map as well as the Curriculum Master Capacity List.

Analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated instructional content for instructor-led training and online virtual training sessions for Taleo University on five different software solutions. Identified need for “rapid content builder” as an integral and significant cost-saving component of TaleoU’s course development. Built and implemented the “rapid content builder” thereby reducing the development time by approximately 15 percent. Spearheaded initiative to revamp all TaleoU training offerings.
