I am a gender equality specialist with 7 years of experience working in research and education as well as monitoring and evaluation in Australia and overseas. I have extensive experience working with public and private sector organisations; analysing their gender equality data and providing advice on strategies to improve their diversity and business outcomes. I have very detailed knowledge of the domestic Australian business and policy landscapes and associated workplace legislative requirements. I enjoy public speaking and facilitating workshops.
