I am a senior cashier and assist in training new hires, as well as executing my regular duties with efficiency and accuracy. I also deliver exceptional customer service out on the sales floor, and have planned, managed, and worked multiple successful special events and charity fundraisers (including face painting). Additionally, I regularly contribute and edit the stores social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

I am an Administrative Assistant, where I help with daily administrative tasks in the office, as well as help manage the Executive Director's calendar. I was also the first point of contact for visitors and our member base of over 600 businesses. I've also taken meeting minutes and helped to schedule and organize meetings with key stakeholders in the community. I've also been able to help support other roles in the organization, ranging from business development, to finance, to marketing. I've successfully completed three outreach campaigns, calling and emailing over 200 businesses for each campaign, as well as helped create content for the Keep London Local campaign. I was also able to create and execute a Grand Opening program for the organization that helps celebrate new businesses opening in the downtown core.

I am a Senior Visitor Experience Associate (Keyholder) where I supervise and ensure that daily programs are running smoothly, the overall upkeep of the building is maintained, and that visitors are taken care of. I am also the Volunteer coordinator, where I manage and schedule volunteers to assist with daily programming and events at the museum when needed. I also hold the position of Visitor Services Associate, where I help manage the front desk/reception area, and receive and answer email and phone inquires, as well as program registrations and group booking and event contracts.
