Upholds the same duties as a Sales Associate with added responsibilities. Responsible for training and coaching newly on boarded Sales Advisors. Then partners with their respective Department Manager to further develop with an IDP (independent development plan) Helicoptering to maintain a 360 degree view of the stores efficiency from the back of the house to the front of the house sales floor.
