Acting Branch Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Integration Office, Safety and Operations Branch (AUS-430). This branch is an enterprise-wide conduit for UAS initiatives serving as a liaison for safety, operational and security initiatives between responsible organizations within the FAA and for external stakeholders.

I joined the Federal Aviation Administration where I revamped tracking systems, redefined and standardized business processes, and improved the quality of our products and the response time to stakeholders. I’ve improved FAA systems for data collection, provided detailed analyses and recommendations to executives on policies and procedures, as well as directly improved the quality of products in multiple organizations. I led multiple collaborative efforts, internal and external, to simplify processes and provide concise and consolidated information, both on programs and processes, as well as policy. I also managed agency-level implementation planning of promulgated UAS regulations for the UAS Integration Office, provided subject matter expertise to support the development of UAS policies, developed and improved organizational programs and processes., and provided analysis and recommendations to improve programs and organizational management.
