I am a number of things. Most notably, I am driven and passionate about helping others realize their intrinsic motivators and to achieve self-actualization! I fell completely into the talent acquisition industry over ten years ago and never looked back. Although I collect a paycheck, the way I see it, I don't really have a "job." Make no mistake, though; I may have fallen into this calling, but I work very hard every day, to stay ahead of the game!
