I am a number of things. Most notably, I am driven and passionate about helping others realize their intrinsic motivators and to achieve self-actualization! I know what you are probably thinking...just another recruiter. In fairness, your assumption is not entirely wrong. It is up to me to show I am different. I consider myself fortunate.... I fell completely into the talent acquisition industry over ten years ago and never looked back. Although I collect a paycheck, the way I see it, I don't really have a "job."
