Same team with some new technologies and integrations to increase our capability and modernize our service infrastructure.My team is responsible for the legacy back office system we've built, and integrations to external vendors (3PL, invoicing, taxation, data warehouse, etc.) We are heavily invested in AWS and services that run the gamut from EC2, RDS, Redshift, SQS, SWF and more.As our platform evolves I am responsible for the team delivering and incorporating new technologies like AWS Lambda, iPaaS (Workato), Zoho CRM, external billing (Billing Platform), and integration with a new CSM platform (Totango). I am responsible for driving vendor selection of external systems, our Kanban process for project prioritization and delivery, and people management of my team members.I have experience with the AWS configuration for our platform, production support for our Redshift ETL process, and increasing ownership of process architecture with our stakeholders to deliver greater value as our technical capability modernizes.I also believe deeply in developing people, so over the years I’ve used resources available to us to lead study groups on topics such as SQL, Python, Ansible, Angular and currently AWS Certified Solution Architect.

I run a team of engineers, managers, and an architect responsible for the back office system we've built, and integrations to external vendors (3PL, invoicing, taxation, data warehouse, etc.) We are heavily invested in AWS and services that run the gamut from EC2, RDS, Redshift, SQS, SWF and more.I am also responsible for software development roadmap and project prioritization with business owners, technical skills mentorship and education for emerging technical teams in the company, and helping to keep production systems running - on call support shifts and deep integration with our Tier 3 support team, and all the other items that come with the role like budgeting, expenses, staffing and people management, etc...And finally, I am hands on with Amazon Redshift - ETL development with Luigi framework, cluster maintenance, and production support.

Continued role from Bandwidth.com. Republic Wireless spun off as a separate company, and my engineering team was deeply involved in the separation of systems, billing, ERP, etc.
