CurrentDevelop, coordinate and manage the EARN Center under the supervision of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director . Ensure that all goals set forth in the EARN Center contract are met. Oversee and ensure effective administrative communication and timely completion of all paperwork for all EARN Center Staff (time sheets, evaluations, new hire paperwork, etc.). Ensure that all administrative documents (performance invoices to/from PWDC, etc.) are accurate and completed on time. Maintain all reporting records required by all funding sources of Career T.E.A.M EARN Center, and ensure that the Management and Administrative staff have all needed information. Provide oversight and direct supervision for the EARN Center's Assistant Director, Manager of Case Mnangement, Manager of Data Services, Job Development team, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist(s) and other personnel as required. Provide Agency Management with timely and accurate weekly and monthly reports of actual vs. goals for all PWDC-mandated client benchmarks. On a monthly basis, reconcile all client benchmark data contained on the preliminary performance payment invoice generated by PWDC to the internally generated weekly and monthly reports.
