About Emil Hansen

My role as Compliance Engineer at PR Electronics involves ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and legislation for products covered by LVD, EMC and ATEX in the EU, in addition to UL, Ex/ATEX, marine standards among others. I work close within standards and directives understanding and translating them to active tools during the development process, to connect the regulatory world with development. This is done by creating clarity and understanding through instructions and knowledge sharing, which results in legally safe and certified products.In addition, I am part of the development of relevant documentation and requirements for CE marking of PR's products and machines for quality testing, which are covered by the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.
