I am responsible for the maintenance, documentation, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for the company's cloud based business. I lead internal and external compliance audits, develop and document controls to manage risks. I review and document policy exceptions. I enforce work processes with control owners to ensure compliance with policies. I am responsible for bring visibility to the compliance standards within the department. I communicate directly with others in the company and with all levels of management on compliance and standards. I provide training to team members on updated policies and processes and provide guidance to other team members.

I acted as the regional subject matter expert for all operational legislative requirements. I provided operational compliance requirements reports on request from internal functions, liaised with legal experts (internally or externally) to determine operational requirements for existing and new client solutions. I also conducted internal audits and make recommendations to increase quality assurance, compliance and data integrity.

At Alexander Mann Solutions I provided performance reporting by delivering timely and accurate management information to internal and external stakeholders, from an operational and governance perspective. In addition to leading the identification of process improvement, waste reduction and continuous improvement in the reporting process, I developed and implemented a new Governance Deck process. I also provided trends analysis on information including but not limited to recruitment activity, sourcing channels and financial impact.
