I am a musician of over 20 years with experience in percussion. Fitness is my passion, and my reason for existence. With a struggle through forcing myself to go to nursing school, I realized it isn't about the money. If life were about money, we would have many unhappy people and higher suicide rates. I enjoy the change I see in a person's demeanor and the way they carry themselves from a touch of fitness in their life. There is nothing more pleasing to me than saying you are going to make yourself stronger, live longer, and look better than ever before! My theory is that every single person in the world needs to boost their body's systems with exercise and diet in order to live longer, and make our species more informed and smarter. I find this is my duty as a person, to inflict my knowledge among as many people as I can, in hopes they will do the same.
