I primarily have 5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically the sales of electronics in a retail environment. Prior to working in retail, I worked in food and customer service for 3 and a half years. I have recently begun studying and working towards making a career change into the Information Technology industry. Along with my school work, I studied for, and successfully passed both the CompTIA A+ and Network + exams. In terms of actual IT experience, I mostly only have experience helping with general troubleshooting for friends or family members, but I am currently looking to build experience and work my way into the exciting filed of Information Technology!
