The problems of tomorrow require a more whole human being and that is what I aim to be. With technology, culture, and people becoming increasingly intertwined, my long-term goal is to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to make the world a better place through technology. Currently, I am an engineer at Swisscom DevOps Center Riga. I have experience in both frontend and backend development with newer frameworks like React but I can also work with server-rendered Java and PHP frameworks.Beyond my development skills, I try to encourage communication within and among development teams with my colleagues. I have also had the opportunity to demonstrate and present some of the work our programming department does to upper management. It is my firm belief that communication between departments within a company is essential to its success because of the understanding of the company operations employees can gain by talking to people from different spheres.I have gained this belief due to my international experiences. Thanks to participating in the FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange program) I have had the opportunity to network and learn from individuals across the globe. I usually thrive in an international environment and always welcome a diversity of ideas in the workplace and my daily life.
