CurrentI facilitate clinical activities and projects designed to assist clinical and support services in decision-making for research, development, implementation, and ongoing management of appropriate and safe clinical products. I work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective Procurement strategies are in place. Working with divisional management teams and finance business partners, I aim to deliver appropriate contracting strategies to influence choice, and product standardisation whilst considering change management implementation techniques. I aim to deliver cash-releasing savings, with sustained added-value methodologies.
