Manager training program by Marriott International

Transfer Peer Mentors are students who have previously transferred to Virginia Tech and act as the first line of contact for current transfer students who have signed up for the program. Some responsibilities include referring students to on campus resources, answering questions, and helping students navigate Virginia Tech in general.

Unleash Your Hokie Potential is a class designed for transfer students to help them with a smooth transition from their previous institution to Virginia Tech. Some responsibilities include helping to plan lessons, prepare class materials, answer student questions, help students find on campus resources.

Rotational internship through the front office, rooms, food and beverage, and sales departments of the Quirk Hotel Richmond.

Every year for about six weeks from late June to early August.
