As a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE), Emily applied her skills and knowledge in survey research and data analysis to various projects with the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP). She facilitated structured interview training, administered promotional assessments, and conducted critical incident interviews to define key skills, competencies, and qualifications for each ranking officer. She also presented to the SIOP Foundation on a grant program evaluation, demonstrating her communication and consulting abilities.Emily holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where she graduated in 2023. She is interested in talent acquisition and development, organizational development, change management, learning and development, and consulting. She has a strong academic background, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Psychology and Criminal Justice. She also gained valuable experience as a project associate, human resources intern, teaching assistant, and research assistant in various settings. Emily is a motivated and collaborative professional who aims to contribute to the effectiveness and well-being of organizations and individuals.
