Current• Manage floor RNs and CNAs, communicate with facility staff, patients, and families to coordinate surgeries, ED admits, and discharges. Adjust staffing according to patient census to maintain productivity.• Demonstrate excellent clinical skills to provide a quality patient experience and improved surgical outcomes.• Review patient labs and diagnostic testing, perform efficient and accurate physical assessments, report abnormal findings or concerns to the provider. Facilitate patient care with other departments as needed.• Proficient use of Meditech to document medication administration, shift assessments and other pertinent data to maintain patients’ EMARs.• Compile data to assess productivity, round on patients and staff needs using NATE and Orbit applications, assist with on-boarding new staff, and manage staffing using Facility Scheduler.
