- Create personal connections with volunteers and families at the church by creating a welcoming and safe environment.
- Facilitate the first-time family process by sending welcome emails, assigning children to classrooms, and connecting families with their Classroom Leaders.
- Manage the Instagram account by planning and maintaining an active presence on social media.
