Responsible for the overall Dare 2b e-commerce strategy, reporting to senior stakeholders on Digital performance, and building long term growth plans. Targeted on Sessions, Demand, Net and Profitability across all digital platforms and marketing channels. Worked as a key stakeholder on group projects, including launching new promotional functionality and continual testing on UX journey with focus on improving conversion rate across all regions.As the Digital Lead for Dare 2b, I was responsible for the overall performance, strategy and management of the e-commerce Merchandising, Content and Organic Social teams.

Responsible for the successful delivery of ambitious growth targets across the Regatta, Dare 2b and Craghoppers Western Europe markets, with a focus on strategic markets; Ireland, Germany and France. Responsible for signing off all content and merchandising plans, utilizing resources from the group function teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all markets, whilst adjusting priorities to meet regional requirements. Management of the International Digital team, supporting with building relationships and reporting to senior brand and regional stakeholders.

Managed the Regatta, Dare 2b and Craghoppers Ireland Digital and E-commerce merchandising and content teams. Establishing strong conversion rates and healthy AOV, as well as ensuring all on-ste and email content was aligned to brand and regional requirements. Responsible for reporting to the Ireland Country Manager, as well as the Digital SLT, on a weekly and monthly basis. Providing deep-dive analysis on performance and strategies to ensure budgets were hit and overachieved. Working closely with the Paid Media and Affiliate teams to ensure consistency across campaign execution and ensuring performance was aligned to budget expectations.

Co-ordinated the set up of the Irish Regatta and Dare 2b websites, including creating all initial SEO copy. Roll out of all e-commerce activity, including merchandising planning, briefing and executing on-site creative changes, planning and scheduling email and social activity, as well as working with the performance marketing teams to ensure all activity went live across paid media and affiliate channels.Responsible for reporting to Country Directors on Irish e-commerce performance across the Regatta and Dare 2b websites.

Managed all on-site and email content and merchandising for Iwantoneofthose.com, working closely with category, buying and marketing teams to execute the e-commerce strategy for the brand.Responsible for all content plans for IWOOT websites, ensuring that the playful gifting brand was presented in a consistent manner across all platforms. Reported on performance for IWOOT, ensuring KPI's of sessions, ECR, AOV and customer retention were achieved.

Set live pricing and promotions, updated visual merchandising and content on the Zavvi websites.Responsible for the Entertainment categories, planned all content and email activity for these areas, working closley with design and marketing teams to execute digital activity.

As part of the Lancaster University cultural exchange, I helped support with the logistics of the program, when students visited the UK. I was a contact for the students participating, and helped with ensuring everyone attended the sessions they had signed up for. I was also able to visit India for 1 month and enjoy the experience as a participating student, when we were hosted by Manipal University.

As one of the student representatives for the History department in my final year of study at Lancaster University, my responsibilities involved working with the History faculty to feedback any student concerns and requests. I was elected to this position by my peers.As part of my time as a student representative, I was able to successfully put forward a scheduling initiative to ensure students who played University level sports would not see clashes with their weekly fixtures and key course workshops and lectures.
