Manage a multidisciplinary team of students, faculty, postdoctoral research fellows, and staff in conducting an exhaustive systematic mapping review of literature related to the impact of environmental factors on mental health. Assist in recommending, supporting, and implementing policy solutions for climate change adaptation in the state of Connecticut through the Building Resilience Against Climate Effects grant. Perform literature reviews, help write climate change and health briefs, and assist with interviews of local health directors and emergency management staff about climate change and health adaptation plans.

Supervised six students ages 19-24 in trail work, backcountry camping, and performing conservation work in remote wilderness locations.Fostered teamwork, community building, and personal and professional development. Completed wildfire restoration work to reopen trail systems in Northern California wilderness areas. Created new trail tread, brushed existing trails, and used a crosscut saw to remove fallen debris from trails. Partnered with U.S. Forest Service project partner, used USFS radio communication, and established work priorities and goals in order to be able to lead crew independently of USFS. Provided emotional support to crew members around issues of interpersonal conflict, mental health, new experiences, work expectations, and community dynamics.

Served as a conservation steward to California's public lands by restoring natural areas. Performed necessary conservation work across the state of California, including wildlife habitat restoration, trail and campground maintenance, fuels reduction, planting vegetation, rockwork, and mitigating water runoff. Safely utilized tools and techniques including Pulaskis, McLeods, chainsaws, and 4x4 driving. Served as Hitch Leader in rotation with other crew members, managing and tracking all conservation projects, liaising with project leaders, maintaining crew safety and morale, coordinating all meals and food, tracking tool inventory, leading camp set-up, and developing emergency response plans and job hazard analyses. Partnered on projects with the Bureau of Land Management and US Forest Service.

Served as PrEP Specialist across five IAM clinics. Spearheaded HIV prevention initiatives and worked with over 200 patients to ensure maximum adherence to PrEP. Managed, entered, and analyzed PrEP data, collaborated with supervisors to optimize program impact, and implemented in-reach, outreach, and quality improvement initiatives for patients, providers, and prevention staff. Organized and staffed outreach efforts in partnership with local schools and organizations, and for days of action such as World AIDS Day.
