In this position, I trained tellers on their job responsibilities, as well as observed and coached them on their customer service to aid in achieving superior customer service scores on our surveys. I assisted in generating sales for our bankers, and also helped our customers with any of their banking needs or concerns that they may have had. I was in charge of doing the branch scheduling and ordering any and all supplies that were needed to keep the branch running smoothly, as well as being the head of operations and keeping the branch organized and all reports pulled and filed.

My career with Verizon Wireless started as a Customer Service Representative where I handled upward of 70 inbound calls per day as well as multi-tasked in a fast paced environment to effectively problem solve with customers to help resolve their issues. In February 2010, I transitioned into a Senior Customer Service Representative, where I continued to build a strong foundation for my career to excel and promote within the organization. I continued to serve our customers while gaining the necessary skills to advance to a Customer Pro in May of 2013. As a Customer Pro, I was part of an elite group of Customer Service Representatives with the skills to master complex troubleshooting for a variety of devices and operating systems while providing detailed resolutions and de-escalating situations and emotional customer fallout. In September of 2013, I transitioned into a role at a corporate store as a Sales Representative, I provided exceptional customer service to our customers by fitting them with the right devices and accessories by listening to them and identifying their needs. I educated them on using their devices, and helped troubleshoot any issues they may have had. In April of 2014, I transitioned into the role of Customer Experience Specialist. In this position, I continued to provide exceptional customer service to my customers. I helped them with the setup of their new devices, taught workshops on how to use different types of operating systems and devices. During this time, I also worked as a floor manager to help with customer escalations. During my time with Verizon Wireless, I won several customer service awards and am very proud of my accomplishments.
