- Analyzing the forecast sent by the National Account Managers to ensure we are forecasting as accurately as possible from a line-level, bottom up perspective.- Presenting a the monthly FCM meetings to confirm the locked forecast for the upcoming cycle.- Evaluating core forecasts and amending appropriately to increase forecast accuracy.- Liaising with supply team to mitigate risks and assess over/undersales within the SCM meetings.- Working with the wider business, including senior leadership, to better understand the demand processes currently in place and improve for the future
