I am systemically trained - which means I try and work at a systemic or relational level to bring about change (i.e. how do relational/family dynamics impact current or past struggles, how can we change the relationship dynamics to encourage healthy connection, etc). Issues I have experience treating are depression, anxiety, infidelity, low self-esteem, body image, perfectionism, and parent-child conflict.
