I have a broad but complimentary range of skills having worked in a number of different industries and occupations over the past twenty years. Most recently I have been running my own businesses, which is where I developed my talents in marketing, communication, social media management, digital design, branding and business strategy. Working directly with start-ups, as well as being one, I have a strong understanding of optimisation, increasing conversions and retentions, identifying and researching target audiences and improving the customer experience. I have extensive experience working across multiple platforms including Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Key Word Research and Google friendly content. More recently my digital marketing experience has been heavily focused on developing a brand from seed to start-up stage with a keen understanding of the importance that branding has to attract a dedicated audience. Strong brand presence transcends across all forms of media to ensure consistency of message, mission and goals. The brand needs to have a delicate balance of tone, colour and purpose to ensure that it integrates into the company's 'why' while also implementing technical components to ensure that algorithm criteria are met and content is seen.
