Handled all of my chapter's finances, from creating our budget for our 19-20 fiscal year to daily procurement for the chapter. This was our first year as a brand new chapter so we had no prior budget variance to go off of. Due to this, I was able to learn the ins and outs of how to create and manage a budget from the very beginning which helped me apply and strengthen the skills I learn in class. I managed all member and vendor accounts/reimbursements, coded card transactions to their respective chart of accounts, and I reallocated the budget as needed based on the running budget variance and changes in expected costs.
