- Manage project related tasks to achieve project objectives on time and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project- Lead a cross-functional team to coordinate program deliverables, solve critical issues and highlight key project risks and put plans in place to mitigate those risks- Organize day-to-day NPI build plans and engineering activities to meet critical checkpoints- Coordinate internal resources for builds, manufacturing testing and production line setup- Supporting Southeast Asia new site MLB line-qual activities- Familiar with factory production line, process flow, inspection, and shipping process

- Manage RFQ activities including cost preparation and consolidating proposals- Lead business development from kick-off to MP to ensure business development completion- Customer and vendor relationship management- Accountable for meeting regional sales targets

- Conduct market research and analysis to propose new product spec and roadmap- Define product spec, user scenario, target street price and competitive product analysis- Manage schedule and develop channels to launch product- Organize worldwide exhibition demo scenario, booth layout, marketing materials, and campaign

- Responsible for both ODM and White-label accounts- Manage RFQ activities including cost calculation, preparing proposal, and benchmark comparison- Business contract review and negotiation- Familiar with factory production line, product inspection flow, and shipping process

- Create production plan and overlook incoming material status based on build plan- Fulfill sales order and coordinate build plan to commit shipping schedule- Place PR for material, control inventory stock level, inventory turnover and excess material
