After this promotion, my responsibilities increased to include training and onboarding tasks for the Sales Enablement team, managing data for our proximity study tool, administrative tasks for our team, as well as mentoring our team’s summer intern.

In this role, I created sales 1:1 collateral pieces in the forms of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, unsolicited proposals, relationship reviews, and other one-off pieces as needed.

In my current role, I work with and support product development teams to set up and monitor databases to ensure the accurate tracking of media assets (photo, art, video, sound, animation, music, etc.) and make sure assets are properly licensed for use in new products. I follow a production schedule to make sure all assets are fully acquired from approved vendors prior to File Release Date or go-live date. I request and process asset invoices and monitor budget information for each project. By being detail and budget oriented, I look for cost saving opportunities with each asset licensed. I also assist with vendor management by quality checking the work completed by the vendors and providing additional training when needed. This is a fast-paced role in which I handle multiple projects at once.

In this roll, I supported the vendor call staff located in Manila, Philippines. I handled escalated issues, answered questions the staff had regarding claim payments and benefits, analyzed the call center’s results and trends, and created and presented training to help improve their results. I supported several ongoing projects by gathering and reviewing data and sending reports to my team on a regular basis. I assisted with training classes and created documents, presentations, and job aids to reinforce what was learned during training. I also completed tasks that the vendor was not able to complete, such as stopping and reissuing payments to providers.

I began as a Customer Service representative in Provider Services in a call center environment. I continuously met and excelled at our performance metrics, including average handle time, first call resolution, hold time, call quality, and claim rework requests. On the phone, I handled benefit and claim payment inquiries from providers at doctor’s office and hospitals. After a year, I completed the Upward Bound training program and became a Senior Customer Service representative. In addition to my regular duties, I also then began taking supervisor calls, handling written correspondence, and taking support calls related to our secure provider website.

I assisted customers locate books throughout the store, made recommendations to customers based on my knowledge of books, created and maintained displays to drive sales for the department, hosted a story time for pre-school age children 2 times per week, and worked closely with the Community Relations Manager to coordinate store events. During my time as the Children's Lead, our store was number one in the district for membership to our Kid's Club program.
