Having worked in retail for several years, I have gained a wealth of Customer Service experience which has helped me to build my skill set for any position. Working at Prestige Motor Care Holdings Ltd as a Customer Service Team Manager and a Team Leader, this has given me an insight into how the business operates from both a service and operational perspective. This has led to a deeper understanding of how to best deliver on KPIs and people management which has allowed me to help others develop and grow, as well as making sure that every customer receives excellent service and ensuring that their problems are dealt with effectively and efficiently.Having attended university as a mature student, I am constantly searching for methods to enhance my current skill set and further develop my employability skills in order to reach greater heights within my career.Within my role at Severn Trent Water, I am playing a key role in a major customer experience initiative to drive STW into the upper echelons of customer ratings. This is a new project which I am excited to be a part of.
