Duties include welcoming and checking guests into the activity center. Responsible for selling day passes, group fitness passes, and memberships. Proficient in various programs to log reports, file memberships, schedule appointments, and register patrons for different fitness classes. Skilled in phone interactions to assist members and interested persons in questions they may have about the facility. This position also requires proficiency in the bowling alley in our facility. Bowling duties include; obtaining a clean and organized area for patrons, shoe rental and cleaning, facilitating and monitoring of lanes while in use, logging errors when lanes are not working, and hosting various parties.
